This review takes place at the end of the Concept Year for all MDP students. Students submit a compendium of materials including a presentation of prior work, a statement of interest, and a proposal for future thesis work. Submitted work is assessed based on the MDP's Program Learning Outcomes. Passing this Gateway is dependent on students meeting specific criteria that demonstrates their readiness to enter Thesis Year.
