Information Design explores the principles and practices of transforming complex data into clear, compelling, and accessible visual communication. Students will learn to research, organize, and distill raw data into meaningful visual narratives that inform, persuade, or explain. Emphasis is placed on infographic design as a tool for analytical storytelling, combining typography, imagery, and diagrammatic systems to clarify statistics, processes, and relationships. Through applied projects, students develop skills in data visualization, critical research, content development, and contextual awareness.
