Building on Type 4: Editorial, this course introduces more complex and sophisticated typographic systems, applied holistically across a range of media. Students will develop a robust, type-driven brand identity, utilizing cutting edge technologies to create dynamically responsive logotypes, sophisticated visual languages, generative systems and custom type design. This comprehensive brand identity will be applied across a range of traditional and emerging media; from print, to screen, to interactive spatial media. Through this process, students will gain a sophisticated understanding of each media format while creating a holistic, future-forward brand experience.
