By Application Only. Learn about Taiwan's rich food cultures and explore design of dining experiences as a driver for international connections between Taiwan and the world. Inspired by a 2-week Taiwan discovery tour, students will return to Pasadena for the remainder of the term to design outcomes such as: food experiences, tableware, dining spaces, fixtures and lighting.
