This class explores the concept of improvised communication during times of disruption.
Through a series of presentations and research, students will explore the history of low-tech and ingenious communication techniques devised and used internationally and throughout history, especially during strife. Students will adopt this as a theme for content and as inspiration for creative design solutions. The class output will reflect adaptive strategies in presentation.
