INT-220: Intro to Printmaking

Intro to Printmaking introduces students to foundational printmaking techniques and concepts through hands-on experience in Intaglio, Aquatint, Toner Transfer, Woodcut, and Silkscreen. Students will explore each medium's unique visual language and expressive potential. Emphasis will be placed on learning printmaking techniques through art history and contemporary practices. By the end of the term, students will demonstrate competence in both the craft and critical understanding of printmaking as a dynamic and historically rich art form.
